Once in a while a valve seat stone will become so tight on the stone holder that it’s almost impossible to get it off. That’s why Goodson developed this tool. Simply fasten it to your bench with screws or bolts (not included) or clamp it in a vise, set the holder onto the fixture and twist the stone off easily.
